Recently visited this hotel in Jan 24. Extremely satisfied with the stay. Beautiful location. Super polite staff and reception. Food was also good. Every night there is live music in the garden area and it feels so good there. Truly homely stay. No hidden charges. However, it is little away from mall road and hence a bit of a hassle for travelling.

Despite a delayed check-in at around 3 AM due to traffic, the hotel staff maintained constant contact with us, ensuring our well-being during the journey and even expressing concern about our late dinner. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff had thoughtfully arranged everything we needed at that hour, demonstrating exceptional hospitality. Each morning, the staff inquired whether we had enjoyed the complimentary breakfast included with our rooms. This attentive service was a delightful touch. The staff at Montana Blues Resort were not only well-behaved but also friendly, adding a personal charm to our stay. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the mountains, enhancing the overall experience. The food service was exceptional, boasting a wide variety of choices. Impressively, every order was served within 10-15 minutes, reflecting their commitment to efficiency and guest satisfaction. However, there are a few areas where the hotel could improve to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Given the location and temperature, providing room heaters and bedside rugs as standard amenities would be beneficial. Currently, room heaters are available but at an additional cost. Overall, our stay at Montana Blues Resort was a joyous and satisfying experience, marked by excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and a sense of genuine care from the staff. It's a destination that truly deserves its high ranking among Manali's best hotels.

Stayed at this hotel recently and I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Manali. You get 5-star service at such an affordable price. Live music, bonfire, perfect location, sumptuous food, the Manager along with his cooperative staff especially Mr. Chaman who goes extra to serve you - everything is THE BEST here. They also have travel desk which makes your sightseeing easier. Choose this place without thinking twice and you won't regret a bit.
